Dosing from 50-80 mcg can also be used with caution and under supervision of a physician. Muscle pain can occur with higher dosing. Desensitization can and does occur around 6 weeks after initial time of use. It is recommended to take 20-40 days off prior to starting another course of IGF1/LR3 again.
