Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) belongs to a category and class of drugs known as Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERMs). Selective Estrogen receptor modulators belong to an even broader class of drugs known as anti-estrogens. The other subcategory of drug under the anti-estrogens category is known as aromatase inhibitors (AIs), such as Aromasin (Exemestane) and Arimidex (Anastrozole). AIs and SERMs make up anti-estrogens Male dosage for Anapolan: Take 1 Tablet per day on cycle to block estrogen from the aromatasation of your anabolics. More than 20-40mg daily does not yield a greater effect. Female dosage: Take 1/2 - 1 tablet per day to manage estrogen when holding back water from anabolics or for estrogen control properties. • Should estrogen not go away, Refer to stronger blockers like Femara and Arimedex. • PLEASE NOTE that dosages may vary from person to person and depending on what the Nolvadex would be used for.
